Vineyard introduction
The soil is rich in irony sandy components and has supported vines for more than 25 years. When the grapes are ripe, they are traditionally hand-picked and hand-crafted with traditional techniques to express the heritage of this rich land. The grapes in different blocks are aged in different large oak barrels. Control temperature fermentation and ageing proceeds for 18 months before bottling in the winery.
Highlights include a gorgeous and elegant ruby color, vanilla complemented by a variety of rich berry flavors, with a hint of redberry, blackberry and gooseberry. The wine is very balanced, and maintains a fine finish on the palate.
