Vineyard cultivation operations are carried out based on accurate weather forecasts and health conditions. After harvest, high quality grapes are fermented in large barrels. They are fermented in a traditional way and the fermentation temperature is controlled in a large vat. After smashing, the wine ages in unique French oak barrels which the winery replaces once a year.

This delicate and intensely dark-purple wine is made from 100% Merlot grape varieties. The bouquet evokes a scent of vanilla and semi-ripe red fruit, which, after shaking, becomes more intense. There is also a sweet undertone of roasted almonds, a charming aroma structure created by delicate and harmonious tannins. This Merlot is a suitable complement to roast veal, any other delicate meat and soft cheese. It is good to drink and can be preserved for a long time.
